Optional scoped address-book record for a policy-enabled self-hosted transfer. Requires a current EVM signed-message proof, approved address review and current Myaza-verified parties. For inbound, this is the sender wallet; for outbound, the recipient wallet. Never a substitute for a missing institutional connection.

Required for INBOUND and forbidden for OUTBOUND. Institutional transfers must match the retained authenticated sender confirmation. Self-hosted transfers bind your wallet-reported chain reference. Your wallet must independently verify this chain transaction, amount, asset, network, recipient and finality before crediting. Not proof of settlement.
