Consume an execution capability once, with a stable externalExecutionId and the same secret API key. Rechecks all evidence. A replay requires reconciliation, never a second payment.

Request
Exact assessed recipient wallet address, bound to institutional acceptance or an explicitly enabled self-hosted path. Opaque wallet references are not sufficient.
Stable identifier of your durable execution job. Reuse it after response loss; never create a second payment on retry.
Optional scoped address-book record for a policy-enabled self-hosted transfer. Requires a current EVM signed-message proof, approved address review and current Myaza-verified parties. For inbound, this is the sender wallet; for outbound, the recipient wallet. Never a substitute for a missing institutional connection.
Required for INBOUND and forbidden for OUTBOUND. Institutional transfers must match the retained authenticated sender confirmation. Self-hosted transfers bind your wallet-reported chain reference. Your wallet must independently verify this chain transaction, amount, asset, network, recipient and finality before crediting. Not proof of settlement.
Response
Only execute_once grants one execution of the bound durable job. reconcile_execution is a historical replay, not permission to submit again. Neither confirms settlement.
